friendly and easy to talk too. Glassware If not broken will only cost you return shipping, as long as all wrapping and boxes are included. If you received a piece broken, just call us and if the item is in stock, we will sent out a replacement. If you need to return an item, e-mail us at customerservice@greatlakesbuy.com and inform us of the reason for the return. GreatLakesBuy is not responsible for freight charges or shipping charges for any returned item. GreatLakesBuy reserves the right to charge a minimum of 15% to 25% fees for restocking, processing and cancellation on any and all returned items.
